Yea, I wouldn't think it would be, but I'd look to be safe. Otherwise, it sounds like a clog, so I would run the disway a couple more times and see if that gets it going. You might have to use a syringe on the line that goes to the bucket to try to pull it out.

Doubt that will do anything. Sounds like the pump is bad. Take off the lower back cover and look at them. I true give away is if there are a couple of grey foam blocks sitting below the pumps, those usually come out when a pump fails. If not, run the disway again, and watch to see the pumps...

You fill the caps with cleaning solution, then its sucked down to clear the lines the waste bucket. It should also show you if your pump for the black is working or not.

I would think the pump would be the problem. Have you done a disway on it?

I'm having problems getting an accurate measurement with my medias. They end up being shorter than what is loaded on the machine and won't cut right and sometimes print right as a result. I normally have a 52" roll on and I'm generally getting a size of 49.whatever. I've cleaned the sensor and...

Turns it was all just heat settings. As I was fine tuning everything, I found an increase in heat to solve everything. I believe it is 40, 42, 45 and I am using a 10 mil rigid vinyl.

JV3-75 and JV33-130 for printers and 2 CGFX-130 for cutters

Figured it out finally! Part of it was temp and the other part was whatever I was putting in for media comp wasn't being accepted for some reason. Had to go into the panel and set the priority to individually and then it was working.

@Mike I'm actually using a custom profile made by a tech. Perhaps I will go back to the default one it was based on the fiddle with that. @sign, I haven't tried that, I will do one and take a look.

I am having this exact same problem as well. I've used 3 materials and they all do it. I have messed with the media comp and temps and still have not resolved the issue. I wish I knew of someone in my area that knew more this, I'm not good with media comp/temp stuff.

I have 4 that are a year old or less and were firing at 100%. Not sure what the going price is for them used, I was thinking $800 each.
