so this is a screen capture of a card that I really liked and made for the inspiration to try and do a crumpled paper background. The card image is from www.graphicdisorder.com They did a friends business cards and shirts...loved those overall...
I just thought the weathered paper and print...
I just shut it down for now. Not something I HAVE to get done right now and after all that was said I decided to just hang on for a bit.....
Hate to have my "style" that you stated "Honestly, you don't have a style." to go so against the grain of what is "right"....
If you could see all the...
go-carts that they are racing are much more than a lawnmower engine. They are very wicked and can really run around an oval track like you would not believe. It is not a childs sport by any means.
4 x 8 table was nothing to construct....I had $36 in the wood with 2x4 legs and framing and a 5/8" plywood sheet for the top. Add the self healing cutting mat at $100....simple and not outrageous in price either...
for what you are describing you could look at the Vinyl Express Endura Cut from Signwarehouse Retails at like $699. That is with Lxi Apprentice which will do the lettering you are looking for well enough. You can get some starter packages that will have some different vinyls and tools in them.

I liked Steph's card....overall. Love Deaton's card, but...
Previously I was doing anything I had in Printmaster Gold....been good to me over the years for a DIY sort of thing.
The newer and rejected card is layed out in Lxi.
I like the idea of a black card with white lettering....maybe I am just crazy...
Flame,
I was stating that I was not taking any offense! Not saying that I thought I was being offensive.....
Thank you for the comments...I WILL take them to my use.
no offense here guys and gals.....I am looking towards a black and white sort of thing though. I do like the card Deaton did, but it is not what I am looking for/at.
I posted this here to get opinions from the sign and design world.
Here is my older window tinting card that I have used...
Working on a design for my business cards. Going to go full color and glossy. Saw a design with a crumpled paper background that I liked so I re-created that image and then the rest is what we are working on....
Wanted to get some opinions off here before I commit to anything...
I was looking at buying a program that I can do outlines and shadows with and would like to think I would like CorelDraw. I have VE Lxi 8 apprentice and Inkscape right now. I can't hardly see putting another $200 into the Lxi to get the ability to do shadows on text....
So, I look at Ebay...
