What is the "proper" way to soak the heads?

Yup, twice just to make sure. But I got a weird reading of 65..xxx and the manual said it would read between 63 and 64 I believe.

I hope it is not the pump, it is brand new. I am leaning towards the "sealing" issue. There doesn't seem to be much adjustment to the new capping station, everything lined right up. Is there some other adjustment I can make to help with sealing the print heads to the capping station?

I haven't done a head soak. May try that next as well.

I noticed about halfway through the day yesterday that my blues were looking odd. I did a nozzle check and the cyan is pure black. I have run aprrox 30 cleaning cycles and the black slowly became a dark navy blue. This morning however, it is black again. Any suggestions?

i do it just like Fred said. The "make transparent" feature isn't all that great.

I have had problems with the same product. Probably more problems than not. I have even tried printing with the heater off and the ink turned down to 60 percent. The backing still seems to stick to the colorprint.

We installed some of the 3M carbon fiber Di Noc on a GTR today. I was pretty impressed with the conformability, but the texture really seems to suffer from heat and curves. Need some more projects to get a better feel for this stuff.

I noticed my colors have been off the past few days. So i did some ink test and seen the Lc is not printing. I took out the cartridge and realized it is bone dry, the printer never warned me it was running low or empty. I changed the cartridge, but still no Lc. What am I doing wrong, or is there...
