Printer stoping i had the same problem with my falcon. The fix was to adjust a "potetiomiter" on the mother board. There was a service bulletin explaining how. Not as scary as it sounds. 20 minutes and a multimeter.

I suggest you do a nozzil check to make sure your black is even working correctly. i had lost mine but didn't realize for some time because it was printing (dark green) which was a combination of the remaining 3 colors. DK

tried that no luck, Its not a software issue because it does it on test prints. You can see it here on an alignment test. Its like an involutary pulse of the print head. But its increasing and it does it in all colors.
