I have tried all those suggestions above but none of them ever work for me. what I did instead was to make 1" squares with white vinyl with the middle cut out the size of the black squares, than place it over the existing squares. That way there is a big block of white around all the marks.
You should be getting the best adhesion on ACP compared to all the plastic substrates My questions are
1. Are these sheets meant to be printed on?
2. Did it come with liner?
3. Did you clean the sheet with 99.99% alcohol prior to printing?
4. How did you wait before cutting the sheets?

On second look i notice it’s only on one direction (left or right, not sure which direction was your print going) which makes you correct it should be everywhere when there is static. Try going to tools menu on bottom of screen and do bidirectional calibration. It seems like your printer over...
That’s not bad batch of ink. It’s low humidity in the room. We had that issue one winter. Check humidity in the room it was at 15%.We bought a humidifier and humidity went back to 40% and it went away.

I’m from Ottawa here. Yes for whatever reasons Grimco sells them cheaper than anyone else’s I got quotes from. What ND is telling you is the truth. But I can tell you would get far better and faster service support from ND. This is the case where paying more would be worth it.

we charge by the linear yard. Plus the cost of weeding. If you buy it by the yard. You charge it by the yard.
For example 22x54” = 2 yards of 24” vinyl = 2x$18 + $10/15min for weeding and tape.
We just bought our first ever large format laminator. and we bought the GFP 355TH. very happy with it. Comes with a very straightforward installation. It was perfectly aligned when we got it didn't have to do any adjustment.

System > tools > service printer > device test > pod test > press the following
