Changing heat settings now to 35 preheat, 38 platen, 50 dry

We primarily use our printer for canvas but every once in a while use for vinyl banner. PROBLEM: The 12 oz vinyl is bubbling and the printhead sensor is touching as it passes. Any suggestions?

Does anyone have a good profile to use for our Mimaki JV-33 160? We are printing on Phototext and general formulations Graphi- TEX using Wasatch. They are to be used as removable decals for trade show.

Thanks for your response. I will try using RGB and see if that helps. The main colors we are having issues with are green, grey and brown. This problem has got to get fixed ASAP otherwise I am going to have to hire someone to help.

thanks for your help but i still do not understand. basically we have multiple designers and when they are saving their images the color is different than what they originally made.

How do I do that? Should I have my designers load in our icc profile we use for printing?

Our company does canvas printing on a jv33-160. Our issue is that the color changes when our designer saves the file thus changing the outcome of the print. For example, designer creates a file using rgb 110, 110, 110. When we open file on other computers it is saved as 110, 111, 111...

jv33 discharge issue When running jv33 discharge and wash function ink is not exiting the lines. Pump system is working properly. When we ran pump cleaning we saw liquid run through system. After doing the discharge should all of the ink be out of the dampers? Any suggestions?

Wow thank you guys so much! This is my first time using the site and you all have been awesome! I have ordered a new damper and cap top. We will find out tomorrow if that does the trick. I attached a picture of the damper that appears damaged.

It first began when we were printing a Very large canvas (60"x90") 2 weeks ago. We ran a standard system clean and it has been running fine up until this week. Should I buy a new damper?
