    thx for your quick reply. I tested this immediately. Uni directional is slightly better but not acceptable. (files attached) I'm out of options I guess.... besides calling for support and change the print head :-(

    Just tested and indeed it seems only Cyan. See attachments.

    Found and cleande the Encoder strip, no changes. Horizontal banding still the same. Some more examples attached. Anyone.....?

    I will try cleaning the encoder strip. Where to find it? Do I need to remove anything for this. Default temp is set to 40 degrees celcius for the printbed and 45 for the last one.

    UPDATE: changed the feed calibration to -0.5 and even -1.0 Totally no difference in output :-(

    Hi, thx. there as a bit air in it. Removed it with a syring. Dampers are full too now. Unfortunately still the same issue. No ink is flowing. Any ideas?

    We managed to replace the dampers and cap top. Problem now is that the ink is, for some reason, not flowing anymore. - powerful cleaning, no ink flow - choke cl, no ink flow - fill ink, no ink flow what could be the cause of this? Can someone help me out?

(the first 10cm are still perfect) Already tried this without any result: - print head cleaning - print head soaking - replace feed pinch rollers - calibration - change print temperature...
