We are doing a wall 55" or so high by 120 Ft long.. The customer would like the lettering painted on, it is an outdoor wall for a school the lettering stretches most of the 120 ft. What material would you guys use for a paint mask? And how would you go about doing it.. any ideas/suggestions...

Do you guys usually design wraps in photoshop? Should I set the DPI to 72dpi? Any other tips would be helpful.. I've printed only one wrap before. I suppose i could use either photoshop or illustrator.. What do you guys prefer for wraps? Any good links to info on creating wraps in photoshop...

That could be the problem its 300dpi. The other files i did that were over 30" had no problems at 300dpi being too large

I have a 60 x 36" photoshop file... with a 126kb picture in it that im blowing up to about 3/4 the size of the banner layout. And a few lines of text with layer styles on them. It saves at 2 gigs! Do you guys usually design in half scale when anything in photoshop is over 30" or so?
