    My profiles and someone else's profiles will produce different results. There's no problem from the dealers numbers if their printed on their printer and the numbers are from their printer as their profiles are all from canon.

    Yep. Because you can print in layers and you can print the same job over and over in the same spot to built up the ink. You see this with more Chinese printers and smaller ones. Although all of them can do it if set up properly.

    You can set the head height in onyx in the media profile. I know there's a setting where it will always print with the head the highest for stock that doesn't sit flat.

    Bleed the ink filters first. Same procedure when you change the filers. then via the PC, do a long purge. it'll take you though the steps. it'll go though a bit of ink, but that will remove all air if you have any.
