There's a lot of questions you need to answer before looking at different options. Why are you upgrading? I.e Current one is to slow? need better quality? bigger table size (which you've already answered) What do you want to gain from a new one?

those small flatbed plotters are not common to find. what's wrong with a normal plotter?

Follow Signmeupgraphics recommendations. He uses thrive with i1profiler and the 80600. I wouldn't bother trying to get the addons for onyx. i1 profiler does a better job.

That is really weird. It's probably a way Epson is trying to make you use their own profiles. You can use i1profiler to create and import the icc profiles. it's easier. Onyx ICC engine is pretty fussy

Both are solid state drives. It's how they work. Sata used a protocol designed for HDDs while nvme uses a protocol designed for nvme. Heaps of articles out there that explain the difference.
