I replaced the wiper maybe 8 months ago. I have two new captops on order as well as new dampers. We'll see what happens when they arrive.

Using roland ink. So theres really no way to fix that then other than buy new printheads? Havent replaced the damper in... 3 years... and the captops dont seem to be swollen. Never replaced them either.

Now Im getting another issue... While printing, magenta seems to stop printing completely. Sometimes it happens in the middle of the print, sometimes near the end, sometimes just after it starts.. :( Printer is not my friend lately...

Most of the prints we do are unlaminated. Small stuff for high school kids for the phones. Ventilation is not a problem.

Would the Triangle ink be compatible with the SP300 then? Im using the heater at print 50c and dry 50c... does that make any difference? Im not "scrubbing" more like pour the alcohol on regular napkin, and lightly rubbing back and forth.

Theres someone local to me selling one of these machines for $2500... But he said the print heads dont work anymore because he hasnt used them in a very long time so it dried up. That and it needs a new docking station... Is $2500 too much for that? Ive searched on the net looking for...

Here is a similar problem... Im trying to print a .jpg in bitmap form.. However it seems to be converting the jpg from RGB mode into CMYK mode, which obviously.. isnt right... Ive tried turning off color correction, and changing some settings.. but nothing I do seems to change anything...
