checked the head, seems to be moving fine left and right, as well as up and down. I talked to tech support, and am waiting on a reply. Here are some more pics of a test print using the pen. (and yes the setting was on for PEN)

ok... no matter what I do.. still not cutting properly. Letters... images... test cuts... any helpful ideas?

Where do these mall shops get their images? Like the ones of the stick family, and the other stuff in the books they normally have placed to look through? Anyone know? Thanks

Tried that.. but it still wants to cut the bar code, THEN cut the text, THEN cut the outline so I keep getting cuts through the text

ok BASICALLY.... what I have is a barcode image. Black stripes going down. Inside of the barcode I am trying to put text. But I want the text outlined so when I go to weed, the letters are still there, but only the outline sections and the parts of the barcode that shouldnt be there are taken...

Its a brand new machine. I dont think the blade is dull or damaged, as it cuts every other letter fine.

Yes, I did accidentally cut into the teflon strip, but its very light. I was able to stop it before it did major damage. I have used different vinyl, placed it in different spots. All of the other letters cut fine. I tried moving the "O"'s aroundto different spots, and it still does the same...

I have a Graphtec CE5000-60 that I just bought, and Im using FlexiSign Pro 7.6v2. I also have the full Adobe suite. (Photoshop, Illustrator etc) My problem is when I am trying to cut text. I typed it into FS using the Comic Sans MS font. When I go to cut, the "O" does not cut fully around...
