    How do clean this Nozzle?, gaps in Test Print, and Splatter on black print.

    Could your sensor strip need cleaning? Hard to tell from the pictures but the lines look like they are all also over the place and I know a dirty sensor strip can do some crazy things. Either way that is a pretty extreme print job, hope you get to the bottom of it! I have disconnected the ink...

    They seem to have a blocker (not easily accessible) that stops them from coming all the way out of the groove. I used to be able to unclip them on my old machine, but unfortunately that does not seem to be the case on this machine. Thanks for the reply

    Does anyone know if I can remove the cleats which hold the media down during print on the TrueVis VG2-540? and I cannot seem to get them to sit flat and my cut blade is scraping along them and chipping it. Super frustrating. I rarely used them on my old XC and only ran into trouble on Banner...
