Apexi 27" worked great, 484 kb.. wtf is wrong.

Just made a few test. I've been able to cut a 27" Alpine banner which is 427kb without problem. But still can cut a Phoenix Gold audio car banner, which is 376kb. I won't sleep until it works.

Damn what would be very usefull, and really appreciated is if i could see your settings. Actually, maybe 90% of all the options doesnt mean nothing to me........... When i bought it, my first issue was the knife offset, until i find that i have to set it to 0.15 something like that.... So maybe...

Ok first im on mac osx and maybe our flexi program diffre a little. there is no buffer set up there. oh i see... so you want my .eps size?? The eps files is 376kb. But i never import .eps into flexi. Instead i open them with illustrator and copy paste my graphics. And where do i see/change those setting? I cant even remember where to set my offset value... I know there were a lot of options...

first thing first, that does mean "k"? I have no problem cutting a "small" version of the graphic.. let say 6" x 1-2". but it won't cut it 27" x 6".

Alright, what i'm gonna do is taking screenshots of my cutting software preferences (flexi 7.5) and post them here... im sure it is the problem.. If you guys could do the same, it would be appreciated. And sorry for my english btw!!

you forgot the static issue.. that is the worse excuse.. so ridiculous.. mine isn't grounded and i've never had problem (aside for longer jobs). But works great on small jobs....... but it still a piece of sh!t, i agree. Next step, buying a graphtec or a roland. Case closed.

No, Actually i have to do a little trick to avoid some bogs.. Before sending my jobs, i have to highlight "current" and then send the jobs. When the jobs are 100% sent, i then press enter (on my plotter) to confirm the current location, and then the jobs begin. I think the problem with this...

Not a loose nut. Don't know if you guys have the same set up then me, since i am on mac osx. I needed a special usb adaptor called keyspan. And there is 2 port on it. One port was loose.. dont remember the name SCSI something like that. Thank you guys for all your fast response!
