I replaced the capping station and the pump. I havent tried an over night nozzle wash. Is there a chance that could actually work?

As you can see in the attached photo the black head isnt printing right. The problem started when the black pump assembly broke. I replaced it, tried multiple cleanings, but no difference. Any advice?

Im trying to switch my jv3 to uni-directional printing, but it still prints going left and right. I went into setup>select type1> print mode>direction>and changed it to print uni-d. Is there something else that i need to change?

nope, tried there. It is a classic conversion van, customer had it painted somewhere and they threw away the emblem.

if it was done by hand they did a great job. i didnt notice any differences in same letters. this is what im tying to recreate. its a christmas gift for a friends dad.

Does anyone know the name of the long black screw that you loosen to raise and lower the heads on a JV3-160? One of mine broke and im trying to find out the name of it to see if i can find one i can buy. Thanks in advance!
