Ther is a company in Canada with has figured out a way to get casmate into Windows XP. They will do this if give them your dongle number. I have been working with Casmate in XP for a long time now.

I have that font on my computer as Exchequer Script

When you go to put the dementions for the rectangle in the property bar you will see a lock to the right unlock the lock then put the width & height in the property bar and it will not change the setting proportionatly.
