I was hoping someone could help me here, I have a Rockhopper II and my registration is off on my C M and LM from left to right on my prints. As I am still fairly new to this machine I don't have the slightest clue on how to make the adjustments. Any help would greatly appreciated! Thanks!

The media seems to be fine, laying flat with no ripples. I guess I could try the thermometer thing but it ONLY happens on CYAN. I can print the other colors in the same area of the printer and they are perfect. Makes no sense to me.

Thanks, that image helped a little. They machines are a little different in the pump area but I should be able to figure it out.

I had an error similar to this and it ended up being the sensor on the back underside of the carriage. Once a new one was put on the machine worked normally. Hopefully thats it!
