    Dont' squeege until the vinyl is tight and then roll it in. You want to stretch as large an area of vinly as possible. Tack from as high up as possible to far edge of fender. Heat ans then roll in. Then you'll be stretching a large area of vinyl a little instead of a small area of vinyl a lot.

    180 is fine for fiberglass trucks. If its not premasked, the problme may be you are using too hard of a crad and its not getting into all the recessed surfaces. Try a gold card with a felt buffer.

    How long did you let hexis sit? My understanding is hexis is a time sensitive adhesive and is easily removable until a certian amount of time passes while other films are pressure sensitive.

    If you heat the area over the tape and push down with your finger it will cut brushed and textured surfaces more cleanly.

    Good work. I always just cut them out. HHRs I've done are for businesses, not show cars. Rings tear up the handle bowl.

    Wrapped a boat in preprinted avery with lam last year and still looks good after a season in salt water. Just remember the 94 and edge sealer.

    Was it calendered arlon being stretched? I've had great experience w/ Arlon cast and calendered. Has great air egress. Sticks well the first try. Not very repositionable, very aggressive. Prefer it for boat wraps, they claim the air channel seals completely after post heat.

    All the camowraps I've gotten is 3M 180c w/ liquid lam. Have done partial and fulls with it. Not the best stuff, but they have the lock down on copywrites.
