Hi Fellow Mutoh owners. I'm going to try to convert my 6100 inkjet to sublimation printing. So far I have taken the printer apart, put new heads, new dampers. It's still clogged so I was wondering if I do a wash to clean the lines can I pull the cleaning fluid out of the lines thru the damper...

I can't seem to get my bulk system to work. I get a message that says diferent ink. I've tried 2 set of cartridges & even a 3rd party inks, but they don't seem to work. As soon as put in the Mutoh cartridges it works fine. Now a days we need to save money and I used the inks on another falcon...

I solved the problem, Almost. The refillable cartridges need a tab or hole on the bottom right side of the cartridge and the silver sticker or it won't work. I think LavaInk carries the right one. Thanks To All!!

I have a Falcon JR. 46" that keeps giving me "Different kind of ink message" after I install the bulk system cartridges. All six have the chrome sticker. It reads them as I install them , but when I finish installing them I get the same message. The cleaning cartridges work but, not the ink...

I think it might be time for a new black printhead. I don't think it's the capping station, if it was it wouldn't pull any black ink at all I believe. The falcon uses the Epson printhead the same one as the epson 3000 printer. You can get it for under $100 . Go look up compassmicro.com
