ok i tried the cleaning and gently cleaning the heads and it looks the same if not getting worse. I called a tech and he said it could be out of calibration. Is this something I can do myself?

yea i clean and run a daily maitence on it everyday. I take very good care of my HP. It just seems like its getting worse. Im printing this on Orajet 3641G-10 Media. It also did it on my Banner i printed last week too. Thanks again.

I have flexi 8.5 and im not sure how to tell what reg marks im using there shaped like an L in each corner. And does it matter which way you load the cutter? Because i tried it both ways and got the same result.

U gal/guys are some awesome help thank you. I put some extra material on the end and it just keeps spinning and my material falls off and gives me an out of media error. Now its giving me a Y position alarm...what do i do about this? Thanks again for your help. Jay

Thanks so much for your help...now its reading my reg. marks. But when it gets to the last reg. mark it says load media? and when i hit continue it rolls my media out.....any clue what i can do now? Thanks again for all your help. Jay
