Printing on fabric (or canvas in my experience) always looks better... try printing on some canvas with your Roland... Also... what Roland are you running?

I would do it in Illustrator. Artboard size = finished size Bleed = how much bleed you need Create 3 artboards, butted up, artboard border to artboard border. Generate a PDF with document bleeds. Alternative approach; Make 3 copies of the entire image. Use clipping masks.
