Thanks for the reply. I did clean the contacts and everything a few times. This happened on a Saturday so I had plenty of time to try everything to get it to work. I guess it was just a defective print head.

I finally got through to tech support and they said the same thing. I have various syringes here and was able to pull the ink through no probs. Thank you for your help!

I just ran a built-in test print and the yellow line's full. Perhaps I just need to run a few prints through?

So I got a new printhead and installed it. The 5106 error's gone. I just noticed that the ink lines have air in them when the printheads are parked to the right. Is there suppose to be air in the lines? If not, how do I prime them? Thanks in advance! Joe

I just received a new magenta cart from Lexjet. I put it in the printer and it recognized it with no problems. It's currently calibrating. Thank you!

Have you/anyone used expired uv inks and, if so, any problems? I've used inks for my encad that were as old as 6 years - although they were dye - and didn't have any issues.
