Hi. If you look at your printhead assembly, you may notice a piece of "fuzz" or something that needs to be cleaned off using a swab (with cleaning solution) or tweezers....careful as not to touch the actual printhead, just the plastic casing/metal part only. Hope this helps.
thanks for your response. I have an Eye-One Photo calibration tool which I have not used other than for my monitors....maybe I will try calibrate my printer and not rely on my Postershop RIP so much....
Thanks for your quick response to my inquiry. Being a "one-man" shop running out of 2 locations makes it hard to quote on jobs. I usually go by trial and error. I calculated my costs to be about $40 per sign, so your number seems to fit the bill. Thanks again!
