I keep hearing about a main fuse, but have no idea where thats at. I think I may have cap issue, and if there is a fuse to be blown, and sure its blown.

yes, and yes. I installed the brass nuts on the dampers as well. I had two colors flowing and after 9 months of trying to get others going I bought print head. Now none flow. I did get ink movement on old printhead, but its been down for a month. (only cleaning fluid in the machine, no ink. )

OEM cap. Head is sitting correctly. I can see it has a decent amount of spring tension on cap/head seal when it locks in place. Looking at it, it looks impossible not to seal. Maybe I have the hoses on wrong? I have no idea. I see two nipples on one side and one by itself toward the middle.

I tested cap without print head and I can hear air go in and out.

I hooked syringe to two lines on cap, I think they are correct ones, the 3rd was a different color. I have no resistance and no fluid movement. I dont hear any air leaks, but pretty gently pulling. I did wet seal.

new connectors, nuts, orings. Pulled ink better but wont print still. Just barely color on one, none on others. I guess i will throw in ultrasonic cleaner and if it kills it, trash it all. Dont know what else to do.

The bottom of the head is sealing good, its clean. I soaked it for days in solution and its clean and no build up. I tested by connecting syringe to the two spots on the bottom and pulling it manually. It pulls fluid but I feel like its not fully pulling all equally. I cannot pull the air...

I have a mutoh 628 and had issues with color not being full, no matter how many cleanings. So I replaced pump, and cap. That helped. Then replaced dampers. Struggled for weeks to get air out of lines. Put in new cartridges and filled with cleaning solution, ran that for weeks. Soaked...

Ive checked it several times....it doesnt say remove printhead anywhere

Get it fixed, then you have a bill. The sooner the better. Then, the machine can start paying for itself and not losing money daily.

Just a follow up for anyone else, the cap top was the issue, and its back printing perfectly now. Huge thanks to everyone.

Im using refillable cartridges, so it seems like air would easily enter if empty ( i could be wrong). The cap you are talking about, is that where the printhead normally sits? With the rubber seal? I have cleaned the rubber seal and no change. How would I flush the waste tubes? Thanks again...

So I ran out of ink in two cartridges which introduced air into lines. I have tried using the little charge to fill lines but no change. Any advice on what to do? Nothing seems to change it.
