  1. Can anyone re-create this whole image?

The teeth are gray because they are in shade. Look at her face from the hat. It's clipart most likely, if not AI generated (which seems to be only low-res bitmap afaik). The highlights on the letters are pretty weird. They aren't even all on the letters. And the leer the male face is giving the...
  2. Can anyone re-create this whole image?

If that's what you are doing when your client needs to reproduce the logo they paid you for on a sign, then you are doing it wrong. That's not what they hired you for.
  3. Can anyone re-create this whole image?

I don I don't see any 3D properties in it. Faux 3D by using gradient and drawn highlights. This is one I'd put the onus back on the business owner to make their "graphic designer" give you a real vector (if they know how--this is what you get when someone who only has Photoshop or similar is...
  4. Hello from Germany

Welcome! Your English is better than my German.
  5. Markings on canvas prints off Epson s80-600

I see no rhythmic pattern. I see a random interval along a line, which is how the droplets fall.
  6. Font help

    ITC Bolt. Squished.
  7. Markings on canvas prints off Epson s80-600

If you're talking about the black drops, those are drops of black ink, most likely coming from a piece of thread or fuzz stuck on the print head/carriage somewhere. The fuzz collects ink mist and then drops it on the print.
  8. Nationals dictating pricing

When I have companies offer less than I want I just tell them it's too low and if it's not what I want I won't do it.
  9. Mobile Billboard

If you are in a rural area that may be OK, but if in a municipality you might check to see if the city ordinances allows that kind of mobile sign. All the towns around here prohibit them. Given the way the trailer's framework has been constructed, it looks like the intent is to put billboard...
  10. Screenshot: What software is this?

The font has them but your software has to be set to use typographic (curly) quotes rather than straight--if it has that capability. But if your software doesn't you can just type commas and then move them up.
  11. Vinyl cut lettering on textured wallpaper

Yep. I use Nova Displays for all kinds of things.
  12. Vinyl cut lettering on textured wallpaper

Vinyl letters on nonglare clear plex, hanging with those ceiling wire hangers Geneva posted yesterday. This is what that hanger is made for.
  13. Screenshot: What software is this?

The presumptive family name is Gorton. But the seafood company is called Gorton's Seafood. The corporation is Gorton's of Gloucester. People do get very mixed up about plurals and possessives. Gorton's is correct in the case of the seafood company because they own it. But if we were making a...
  14. Sign White on a roll

If you've never handled this material, the word "roll" is throwing you. Although it comes to the supplier on a roll, once you get your 30' cut off, although the supplier will roll it to deliver it, it will not want to go back into a roll without a huge fight. It's really more like a floppy sheet...
  15. Label is peeling upwards when performing cuts does anyone know why?

A bleed means you make an offset or outline of the object of say 0.1" (more on larger objects may be necessary) and give it the same color as the object. That way when you go to cut the object there won't be a little rim of white showing on one side if the cutting is slightly off. Drying time...
  16. Epson S80600 error code

According to this error code list, codes beginning in D followed by 3 characters aren't supposed to happen in end user mode. Sounds fairly ominous. https://printcopy.info/?mod=erc&brand=Epson&model=SureColor+S80600&page=22
  17. Label is peeling upwards when performing cuts does anyone know why?

If it happens while the plotter is cutting, there can be not enough blade length, too much blade length, wrong pressure, etc. This is particularly true when it happens while cutting unprinted vinyl. But since you have a printer-cutter combination machine, what I see is the result of cutting...
  18. Media Shifting on Mimaki CG160FX

You need new rollers. They are not expensive and they are easy to change.
  19. That Was Quick...

They also did a quick change on getting rid of Control Panel this week. I suspect a lot of the reports about addition/removal of features come from the people that are beta testing and someone at MS is spitballing ideas in those.
  20. Suggestions Wall Film

With these removable materials that stick to low grip surfaces can you do cut lettering? Or do they need to be larger sheets?
