MacTac makes a 64" material that should work for that application, none are cast, but good 4 year material.

No, not at all. I sell it for a very specific market who must have white ink. Great for the decal mfg's and high end backlits off of clear film. I do not recommend UV for wraps yet.

The cut solution is good and user friendly, The 8600 is a slightly better cutter in my opinion, but the HP solution is fine.

Every version of my iDot will do the same. The mini-dot adhesive does not react well to water.

Ok, I understand. Try using a paper setting instead, I always have great luck using that as my goto setting for hard to work with material.

Buy uncoated magnet and just mount your vinyl to it. No headstrikes, no wasted magnet material, and your cost savings on the uncoated magnet might be decent enough to cover your time in mounting. Is this for car magnets?

Are you against a pasted solution? If you use a paste instead of adhesive vinyls the paste will act as a primer and it will make hanging wall graphics way easier. Why put up PVC materials inside schools when you can do something better.
