    Bob, I'm only able to select the outer line on the letter, not the "hole" when I'm in Flexi.

    The illustrator vector is already a "compound" item. I've released compounds then pathfinder>divide to punch the center out of the letter, and I still get the same result when I get the letters into Flexi.
