Greetings everyone, I’m looking for a product that seems to be escaping my grasp.
As the title states, I need to make some stickers for porta potties. The product I used was a General formulations high tack with overlay, and it seems to be peeling up after about a month. Flame treatment was...
Magnetism for me isn’t an issue, j just tape some 1mm sintra on the front and back of the printer. The bigger issue is the magnet weight pulling and tugging during the cut
I print them on a VG3-540 as I’m currently waiting on a UV to be delivered.
It is a monumental pain in the ass. 45 degree blade and surprisingly light pressure will usually do the trick. But I can usually only do a few rows before the alignment catches up with me
I use the Roland glossy calendared profile a lot, and I also really like the one for Avery 1105…even though that’s for doing high quality modes.
I don’t use the generic vinyl for much of anything really, I just find the others land me closest to perfect
This is the one I have and I’ve been impressed with it. It’s out of stock, but for the most part they’re all the same basic design. Even came with a spare heating element...

Everything appears to be clean and properly maintained and serviced….problem is that I have absolutely zero experience with CET as a whole.
Can anyone here give me...
Look into the Roland VG3 with orange/green ink configuration.
Colors are absurdly amazing, and it’s a workhorse of a machine. For wraps, eco solvents generally are the superior choice
I bought some dirtbag ones from china for about $5 each and they were “ok” and then I bought into the premium tabletop ones from Lexjet…literally identical.
It’s basically just a cheap product and the rolling aspect is a novelty at best
Check out the Avery Dennnison MPI 3300/3320. It’s $150 a roll.
I wasn’t a huge fan of the Orafol, it’s super super wrinkly and the backer is annoying.
Personally I always use the grey air egress. It’s overall a better product. If you need a translucent material, get one that’s actually...
