All you have to do is create a laminate layer in illustrator to make it digital, just make sure it is on top of the other layers

To give a preview of what it will look like at size, make it the actual size in photoshop and then view at 100% zoom

Run in through topaz ai and it'll be good, you purchased image will also be better than the online preview

I've UV printed on Tyvek that uline sells https://www.uline.com/BL_1969/Tyvek-Rolls Pretty sure Canon sells Printable Tyvek also but I did not see a difference in the printable and non printable with UV inks. looking at the price, it is significantly more expensive than 13oz banner

If the design/sign allows paneling you could crop out the section that's already printed and print the rest on a new roll. Then you panel/join the two prints. You learn with experience if you have enough media for a print before starting the print
