6k sq ft /year of printing. You could buy a used printer for under $10k , print on vinyl, mount by hand. in 2-3 years you would come out ahead vs buying the prints from a wholesaler. I would suggest ordering prints at wholesale

What printer are you using? Solvent with heavy ink coverage cut without outgassing can cause vinyl to curl. Test an unprinted piece

Are you switching conditions where one condition is tool position 1 and another condition is tool 2? I noticed that sometimes I have to restart the machine for it to switch tool positions correctly. Now I always restart the cutter if switching between tool positions

I just printed this file on banner I had loaded and its printing perfect, this was matte speed. Have you tried printing in faster modes is the problem still there in matte speed or matte quality? I don't have any other suggestions, I've only see the problem you have due to materials

You can purchase from wholesalers for under $90 delivered, double or triple that and you're good. Your price is reasonable
