U/V exposure Cast Metallic film doesn’t last as long as regular cast film. Seen it happen with reflective vinyl too.

3M Black Reflective. Looks like silver when lit up with headlights. Other brands don’t so do a bit of homework before spending $$

Rapid tac the crap on the magnet and the adhesive side of the vinyl should work fine. How’s the edge of you squeegee look??? Sharpen those nicks out with 300 grit sand paper. Wet the the top of the vinyl when applying to minimize scratches.

Was in DC two years ago, the Declaration of Independence looks terrible. So faded… You can hardly read it now. It’s protected underneath special glass and lights but the document is withering away…

That’s a stretch lol I agree, make your own profiles if needed. Like I said earlier 95% of my work is truck lettering so I print on Cast film and laminate, Really don’t need to change a profile. Colors come out the same on Calendared vinyl

Outsource it if you don't print.... A Digital printer can hit that color from the Oracal color chart, it's not fluorescent like in your pic. Layered vinyl are you joking? 400 -800 24in. decals?

I print 95% vector files on my VersaCamm mostly for truck lettering. Try these settings. Grays come out great. No Green grays. I prefer to tell / force the printer what color I want than the software trying to change it... My previous settings printed decent grays but once you laminated the...
