This is exactly what i disslike about this industry.
No one wants to pay what the product is worth and will look outside of their country just to get a cheaper price.
I can rant all day about this.
AFAIK onedrive isn't connected to anything major. i haven't had it on my laptop for years. and ive removed it from other laptops around the office.
i know MS office will try save to it every now and then, same with adobe saving crap to creative cloud.
Took you 14 years to upgrade that PC ?
CPU in those days where still crap compered to the advancements we've had.
oldest CPU id go is 8 years and still have good performance. which would be 6th - 7th gen intel.
I dont know your shop setup, but you really dont need the RIP next to the printers. you're not really going back and fourth.
Ideally you send all jobs to the printer. From the printer, you print all the jobs with out needing to go back to the RIP.
We (forum members) need more info to assist you on your problem.
What RIP are you running?

Sorry but this is Incorrect.
Cannes profiles are normal profiles made on their machine. And depending on who did it (manufacturer, rip software, media supplier), how accurate it can be.
The reason why they're appear to be crap on other machines is due head voltage and overall head...
Uh when making a profile, you cannot prioritise colour tones vs solids. If the tones are crap, that means the solids in that area are also crap. Which means the profile in general is crap.
Replicating spot colours is a Pantone & (other colour name brand) formula bult into the RIP.
You have a colorado, but don't have a spectrophotometer?
These are one of the must have tools in a print shop.
Canon have a heap of profiles here - https://graphiplaza.cpp.canon/
or get yourself an i1 pro3 and profile your stock.
