I was NOT IMPRESSED by what I saw and as I mentioned, in doing my tests I personally would not purchase such a machine

I tested some 3MIJ180cv3 printed on the Mimaki. I would NEVER buy it.
In my testing I found that the vinyl takes on the characteristics of the ink. Brittle!!! I could not get an unlaminated piece off the backer without it tearing into small pieces. I then laminated...

I don't begrudge anyone wanting to get into doing wraps. However, a lot out there seam to think "I can do that!" Sure you might be able to do it but to DO IT PROPERLY!!! That is another thing...
Remove handles and emblems.
Something to think about for future work.
Unless you know how to wrap and then trim around a handle you can have failures in that area. It also makes installation much easier and quicker.
Even if you remove handles you also need to know how to install and trim...
