Here is my suggestion as a non flatbed plotter there is really nothing even comparable w quality, accurqcy and speed is great

If your doing that much you nuts not to be purchasing a new top end summa...speed is great accuracy is unmatched more jmportantly the customer service is great
Had both types and would take mimaki any day...i think they are tanks that hardly have issues if taken care of...they both print great so all preference is it not?
You have to try Avery 2923 easy matte finish it is polymeric prints and installs great w the air release and laser better then any product I've used other then cast wrap materials
Can you go back to 12? If so how...it is terrible my production manager is bad and it lost all of my profiles i had to reload....It also crashes all the time and i've lost rotate tool on the pm screen for the image

I had a similar problem and it was of all things the tubes underneath the cap station werent connecting which cause a little drop out to a co plate drop out of others and would come back after hard clean then fade away....no clue if that's it but giving ideas
Finally fixed it and most will never believe what it was....so somehow even though i changed black damper it was a blue damper that had an issue...when you look at the bottom of a damper there is like a rubber seal in where you plus it in at sitting it down...that seal was completely broken...
