Looking at past threads, I see you need a certain kind of removeable vinyl and obviously create a template. I looked at a few sites and they don't show Dell Latitude 7440. I need 6 skins, all the same and would create the artwork.

One thing I've done is cut out as many small jobs as possible. Having a minimum order amount. I try not to schedule anything for Fridays, I use it to catch up, invoice, clean up the shop, "reset" for the next week.

I don't make separate cut files. I find the HP and Summa to work pretty well. I don't understand how you are saving material by not using the barcode. Do you mean that you can put lots of different files together instead of printing separate files with separate barcodes? I often print many files...

3M IJ35 ? That's what I would use.

I've done them with hem tape and then I put small grommets every few feet in the hem tape as a little extra support.

What Victor said...I avoid weeding small decals at all costs. Small rectangle labels is the way to go if you can talk them into it

Thanks everyone! I just spoke with her and she's going to have the guys measure the natural breaks. She agreed it would be easier to apply also if it were broken into smaller pieces. Why I didn't think of that is beyond me :roflmao:

This might be the worst order yet. A decal that is 2" high x 50' long with a gradient from length to length. I have an HP315. Is there someone else that can do this on a roll instead or what might be the best way to do this. Will need to be laminated also. See below sample on a smaller machine...

I would highly doubt they are closing/opening new accounts. One of the things about Etsy is it shows how many sales they have and people leave starred reviews. Update: This was my suggestion in the quote that I sent over based on your comment and others. They decided not to go with me. It appears they went with a template and cut the board around the bricks. However, they did not touch up paint with black paint over the cream so you can see around it...

You made me cringe at "three copies are printed". I never keep paper copies of invoices. That's what I have accounting software for. If I would get audited I'd rather pull an all nighter with a box of paper and printer ink than store 20 years of paper invoices "just in case". I very often...
