Glass - (Depending on use), we go with our "regular" clear from General Formulations. Drywall - We used Oracal 3628 on an interior install last year and it fell off the wall. Never saw the wall myself (I'm the inside graphics guy, not the installer), so no clue what kind of shape it was in...

Yep As a couple of other posters mentioned, Cyan and Magenta tend to be used more than Yellow and Black. It's just the way 4-Color printers create their hues.

Yep- bob's right- Rockwell or Memphis. Although Shovelhead is, too- 'cause that looks like the top of an issue of Playboy to me!
