interesting.... you have the specs, yet somehow nobody in your city can interpret the specs and match them....only someone from out of the city can follow directions??? I get that it's a pain, but you play the game, follow the directions and get paid...

I agree on the arbitrary construct, but just like we must sleep every night in order for our bodies to refresh/rebuild, we need time for our body and mind to get away from work and do other things that matter. Those who ignore "time" usually pay for it with health problems...

It would have to be a lot more for me, I have worked probably 4 Saturdays in 22 years of being self employed. I'm not losing MY time to a guy who doesn't want to lose HIS time.... In this case, I always pick me...

How is that a hassle? You have the specs, you know they are going to be sticklers about it, you quote the banner appropriately, you deliver/install, you get paid.

did you try different material? sounds like either heaters on one side is fading but more likely material is contaminated.

what clear did you print on? I print on Arlon 3270 Laminate, it's ultra thin and very clear. tricky to get started printing because it's so thin, but works well.
