that's not good, means its an error the printer can't identify. Probably ink in the lines. I have cleaned them out before, I would never do it again.
This would be tough for a mid level hack (me) to figure out and i'm assuming your not even to that level, You will need to call in a tech for this.
missing the obvious point that this used to be a sign for two different places now one knuckle head wants it all for themselves but the sign guy isn't telling him what he needs....

nobody is going to read any of that. people look for names and addresses on signs, the rest is crap...yes, even the phone number is useless.....
yea, that's what happen to me the second time, belt kept slappin making hellatious noise and once in a while jamming. tweaking the adjustment wheel helped, but i never quite got it right on the second one.
i've done it twice. first time was a breeze, second machine i did it on i had a hell of a time adjusting the belt.
this is a perfect time to replace the felt rail bar cleaners on the top of the carriage as they are exposed during the replacement.
i have used flexisign since early 90's, it has had issues but i have been running flexipro 10 for years flawlessly. I'm thinkin the guy in the mirror is to blame.....
full sheet plus 40% is what have been doing for 22 years, and they get charged $18.75 for the cut and clean up.

I struggled with cleaning solvent heads for years, every time I read about solvent heads I have to chuckle...I have been using Latex printers for about 6 years, snap in a new $115 head and off to the races...
not to mention HP gives you a new head if the old head is still under warranty, I have...

It used to be the material I selected when loading the printer would load into the RIP, now it defaults to a material that was in when i accidentally clicked what ever i clicked...
