Hey Sean, I know it's not what you're asking, but we've had decent success printing double sided banners on our UCJV - is there a reason you're not doing both sides on it? Definitely not trying to talk you out of a Colorado (I'd trade our UCJV for one in a heartbeat if I could) but just curious...

It should be easily doable from Acrobat Pro - is that something your operator could potentially handle?

Can you try with another profile at 720x1440 dpi (high quality)? Or try changing from bidirectional to unidirectional and see if that helps.

Including information about your printer, rip, profiles etc etc would be helpful. Have you tried a profile with more passes or adjusting feed calibration for that media?
