99% of the time its heat. If you are using a canned profile, More than likely the heat is too high. Heat rises taking your banner with it. Start 215-218 degrees and adjust from there
to y knowledge only photoshop and illustrator can be used for setting up cutcontour layers....if you are using onyx...use layout tab in lieu of job editor and you can set up variable data if all of your test is in csv form
I'm confused...never had to mess with a profile until now...Does that mean you have never created a profile? Linearized or calibrated a canned profile? If so, why did you buy this printer? You could have saved yourself money and touch a 315 or a 335.

if you call Epson with an Ethernet issue..they want to start your device with a new head.
Your blacks look greenish? Do you build your files in cmyk or rgb? I’m guessing cmyk. I always work in rgb, the rip will convert everything to cmyk. Running a color calibration on your 335 should resolve that.

first version of the TruVis was a nightmare...the resolution of the heads is less than the competitors...for what you are doing...go with an epson s40 plus a summa vinyl cutter with tangential blade...same cost as the tru vis
I demo the Colex recently...its pretty solid. I was impressed with their manufacturing facility and their next day EOT repair return policy. Summa takes 2-3 months. I have a firm working/service knowledge of the Summa and I'm in the market. Colex actually has a licensed version of the software...
I'm not sure what true cmyk gets you either except a smaller color gamut. If you need a cmyk only profile, you can create one onboard with a hp l365 or 560. Or better yet, buy 2 epson s80's with an Ione color meter for the same price as the Ricoh
usually caused by vibration across the rail with these printers. the 700/750 are worse because they are wider. Things to check scan axis motor could have black dust building up inside from bushings wearing down...easy to check. Carriage rail could be dirty or not oiled...too obvious for it to...
If you bought early 2018 then yes...you may have had issues...there have been 4-5 firmware releases since then....no different then when the latex 360 could not print red....fixed within a few days with a firmware update.
