3M Di-Noc has a silly amount of wood grain textured vinyls rated for outdoors.
Also check out https://www.newtechwood.com We used that stuff on some really nice looking monuments in the past.

I would replace the cutting strip 1st, especially if there is any uneven areas or parts where the blade has cut thru. Then the blade holder. Be careful with knockoff blade holders, while they may look identical, they are not the same quality as OEM graphtec.
Have you updated your Graphtecs...
Oh definitely not knocking it. I use it alot too. Even keep a roll at home. Its great stuff. $150 for a case is a fantastic deal, wish I would have seen that offer.

Do you have an amazon link for the cart base? I like that alot and have immediate use as we are running around 15-30 48" x 96" x 3/4" acrylic sheets daily. Currently we are using a variety of carts and rolling tables which are okay but the pivot would make things alot safer.
We print on 3M 3635-210 and overlam with 3660M. One important thing to keep in mind that the perf direction needs to be the same for all letters. At times we apply the printed perf to the sheet then send to router and other times depending on how the letter nesting works out on the sheet, we...
Ive ran graphtecs and flexi for 24 years now and I am not the biggest fan of the FC9000. The 8600 was more stable in my opinion and I would go back in a heartbeat if I could find a brand new 60" 8600 for sale. I find myself having to turn it on and off to get it to work correctly quite a...
