When you say it will "Only print black" do you mean that nothing else prints at all anymore? Can you upload a picture of the test print... If it's the case that the other colors have dropped out a bit and don't come back after cleaning, it's either the cap top or pump or the tubes in-between...

+1 for C10,M10,Y10,K100%. Mix that ratio and add it to your color palette for future use. The installer probably messed it up because you dumped 400 percent ink down. The vinyl would need a week to dry before laminating and installing...
