Yup, the Peak works great on my 1204, and Grimco's Key brand works well too, but it's wound with the print side in. Both are around .17¢ sq/ft. *I did a 3x8 for the landscaper next to our shop back in March and it's been up all year - still looks great, no fading or tearing.

If you do these regularly I suggest investing in a Big Squeegee. Hands down the fastest, and easiest way to lay down big prints on flat substrates.

You should be able to see if ink is making it's way down to the waste bottle when doing a head wash/clean. If no ink is coming out then it's likely the pump or could be a few other things such as a poor seal on the head/maintenance station or a blocked tube.
