What material are you printing on? Cast, Cal.? For U/V protection use the matching lam recommended by the manufacturer. For graffiti look into Tedlar laminate.

I'd run a pencil line around the failing vinyl then cut and roll it w/ flat or satin paint.

I print on Oracal Inkjet receptive reflective occasionally. Flat panel installs only. It looks great at night. 3M has the only air egress reflective out there at this time.

Chrome pedestals with some nice cloth rope may be another option to keep people away. Like a museum or theater would use...

What design program? Sounds like your gradient end color may not be a true white. It may appear white on screen but double check it...

They have some good prices on certain thing but they lose a lot of my orders because my local Tubelite cuts aluminum with a panel saw instead of a shear.

Press F1 while in Flexi and type in rendering intent in the search area. Lots of info in the PDF help files.

The issue w/ Fexi is most likely the wrong rendering intent settings in your rip.

I've messed around with the VersaCamm on some clean Edge Ready metallics a bit but find printable reflective inkjet material works better, has more pop, and less imperfections.
