I've got an order for 3,000 decals we're trying to finish today, but I can't get our cutter to speed up. We're running Winplot, and doing contour cutting using the OPOS. It's set to max speed (800mm/sec) using the Summa Cutter Control and it shows 32 IPS on the plotter LCD. But, it's cutting...

We finally setup our D160, and I'm able to print/cut with it. My question is, do I have to go into the cutter controller everytime I need to cut and set the mark sizes & spacing? What's the best way to handle this? Do you guys create a template file with marks already set and use that?

Hello all.. I'm playing with our new D160, and this is the first time I've used Winplot. We've got Cocut at our other shop, and it allows you to import a file, and then cut each color separately after changing out the roll of vinyl. I don't see anything like that as an option in Winplot, and...
