a local screen printer can hit your prints with a flood varnish...comes in several finishes...then someone else can eat the odors...

mixing manufacturers should not be a problem..use cast lam with cast vinyl and calendared with calendared and you should not have an issue...if your prints curl upward you have way too much tension on your laminate

I think its damper related...the pachaging for Epson dampers offers no protection to the film and actually allows dirt inside... try running only light cleanings as well...I thing the longer periods of suction are ruining already fragile dampers...
