thanks everyone!! (including the masked man behind the email) the email I received contained a Rawlinson font set lacking the NPS (National Park Service) in the file name, but for all purposes the same font. Rick, I was given some latitude, as Maniac was in his similar situation, so...

Well, the ranger is a real nice person, and the job is a good job for me to get... but getting the NPS-Rawlinson font has been like pulling teeth.. When the ranger couldn't provide it, I did some of my own checking.The National Park Service website has a "NPS Graphic Identity Program" page...

what are you using it for? a paying job? ..and that's it? ..it will never be used again? Just charge it to your customer... (or draw it yourself... or add a bevel in your design software)

simple... this is who they are, and how thay are... after 8 years (thought i read that... not going back)... over 8 years, it sounds like they have paid everything they owe... and have never been more than three weeks behind.. that is A LOT of personal (bad) habits to try to change in...

kinda reminds me of a somewhat Zen sounding concept about sculpture I think, although I forget where it might really have originated... but anyway... to design a quality wrap... simply remove everything that doesn't look like a quality wrap... ...kind of like the "subtractive" theory of design!
