i dont deal with them much, a few things here and there and i did buy my HP latex from them. I had some customer dissatisfaction the few times i dealt, which is probably the reason it has been so few.

blow some cleaning fluid thru just that head with a syringe and piece of tube. do one or two cleaning cycles.....right as rain.

what is the actual size of the output your doing at 250MB? sounds like you need a new computer and understanding that bigger isn't always better. without the specs, i can bet you don't need to be at 250MB file...

13oz will be fine, i'd tell them to screw it right to the trailer, your not going to want tie a banner that large to anything. basically it's a flat mount, no need for 18oz. IMHO
