  2. Suggestions Abaco Beach Wallpaper

When you laminate it, doesn't it then have the sheen and texture of the laminate instead of the wallpaper vinyl? I'd go with a defective roll of material as has been suggested above. Contaminated or something. (though probably not with SARS-CoV-2)
  3. Suggestions Abaco Beach Wallpaper

You can't really laminate wallpaper; that would ruin the texture and sheen. Have you used this brand and type of wallpaper before without problems? Have you changed anything in your process? New printer, new ink?
  4. Did you file for PPP?

The funds running out is why the Republicans tried to add another $250 bln last week but the Democrats nixed it unless they could add $150 bln more of pork for government workers and other pet projects.
  5. Need Help applying without bubbles

If you are using the original plastic Big Squeegee, it was a pain. We use the new metal one with the optional handle. Much better. The rigidity of the metal works better than the plastic one too.
  6. Did you file for PPP?

It's only enough money for 8 weeks of payroll and you cannot apply again. It is a one-time program.
  7. Need Help applying without bubbles

If you are the only game in town, you should have enough money to buy a laminator. If you don't, you aren't charging enough money for your signs. Laminators are, relatively, cheap. Your unlaminated signs are only going to last a year or two at most. Laminate them and they will last 3-5 years...
  8. Did you file for PPP?

For the PPP. I haven't heard a peep from SBA since I filled out the online form for the emergency loan--a week before I applied for the PPP.
  9. Did you file for PPP?

Bank loan officer called this afternoon asking for a cleaner copy of my application and an "intended use" checklist and was confirming they had our correct address, etc. in preparation for closing on the loan. Sent it over and she said she'd be back in touch Monday.
  10. Some recent work

Like it. Wish we had a market for signs like that here.
  11. Font ID Request

It's all Add City Boy, squeezed and squashed.
  12. Dual monitor question

Yes, you can do that. Not only that, you can drag and drop the item across the windows too.
  13. Dual monitor question

You don't need to open two Corel Draw windows to copy and paste from one file to another. Just open both files in the same window. They come up on tabs, and you switch between them using the tabs. You did know Corel Draw has tabs, didn't you? They've been there for many years. If you have dual...
  14. Did you file for PPP?

Got an email last night (didn't see it until this morning of course) that the SBA gave preliminary approval, and they'd let me know when the money arrives.
  15. This video changes EVERYTHING on Covid-19

Although I have not seen the research about the attack on hemoglobin, I have seen the reports from Europe that ventilators may be killing the patients and if they are to be used, they need to lower the pressures and ventilate gently. And I am glad that someone has finally gotten out there the...
  16. Did you file for PPP?

I am using a local bank which is also our company's bank. Yesterday I called the loan officer there and got a list from her of the documents I'd need to send her. This morning I copied them and emailed them along with the application form, at about 11:30 am. She just called back at 3 pm and...
  17. Question Image 360...????

Just checked their website. The closest Image 360 is in a college town about 75 miles away. Their website says "Signs Now is now Image 360--same location, same owners, new name". So I guess Image 360 is growing by recruiting existing shops.
  18. Question Image 360...????

When Signs by Tomorrow started out, they expanded by buying/enrolling existing sign shops into their franchise. The shop I worked for was looked at for it. I wasn't an owner, but I went along on the visit to a nearby SBT and talked to the people trying to sign us up. It felt very multilevel...
  19. What could cause this?

Doesn't matter what brand of vinyl you use, it will happen again. Buy a 10 yard roll of 3M, replace the damaged letters you photographed above, and you will find the guy who washes them has blasted the 3M vinyl off too.
