That can happen with fully dried ink of any type. Saw a lot of UV screen printed product get trashed from stacking it for storage. Hard to argue offgassing or not being cured when it happens to UV ink as well.
The fonts are a bit inconsistent but I'd give it an A- and leave out the rules. Customer pays you to make them a logo, they can stretch, squeeze, flip, distort or do whatever they want with it once the check clears.
Look at the entire thing, design, tenting, scratches and ask yourself if it really matters. These are those quick jobs for cheap people that you can actually make a few bucks on as long as you don't overthink it.
They have acid cleaners for glass to help get rid of water etching. A detailer we used showed us this so maybe look into the car detail supply places for something that will work
I'd go over the woodgrain and knifeless tape where the black part of the logo and text overlaps. Give it an 1/8-1/4" extra
Leave the C in Pacific alone, nobody will notice the little black tail that is left.
Or you could be cheap and buy 1 style then make it work.
Bold : give it an outline
Black : give it a bigger outline
Narrow : give it an outline that matches the background
Extended : stretch it
Condensed : shrink it
